Can I order posters to view?

You can, but please remember that our posters are high quality art prints. When they are transported back to us, they are often damaged so that they cannot be sold afterwards. In order to be sustainable (and also mindful with our small business), let us advise you before you buy. If you are unsure which poster suits you, write to us here:

I don't like my article, what should I do?

What a pity! We would be very happy if you let us know what you didn't like (e.g. the color or the motif) so that we can always learn from it. See "Returns" below for returns.

My poster or frame arrived damaged, what should I do?

We're sorry! We pack our shipments very carefully, but things can happen on the way to you.

Send us a photo to hello@rabano-art.de and we can help you as soon as possible.

How long can I cancel my order?

The cancellation period is 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. A refund of the purchase price is no longer possible after the deadline.

Returns

Whow do I send my return?

Pack the posters carefully in the original packaging and enclose the delivery note, if available. You address the shipment to:

For letters sent within Germany, postage the letter with a EUR 1.55 stamp.

Letters within Europe (e.g. from Austria and Switzerland) are franked at EUR 3.70.

You can send parcels and parcels insured with tracking and tracing with a provider of your choice. As a rule, this costs 5 EUR within Germany. From abroad the prices are different.

Who bears the costs for a return?

As you can see from our terms and conditions, you bear the costs for a return.

Please understand that as a small company we cannot bear these costs. For this we bear the shipping costs to you within Germany from a shopping cart of 19 EUR, and we also bear part of the shipping costs for worldwide shipments.

When will I get my payment refunded?

As soon as we have received your return (this can sometimes take up to 10 working days), we will immediately refund the amount to the payment method you selected when ordering.
